Tokusen has maintained a history of over 300 years in Kyoto.
Tokusen has sought to answer the question of what the kimono of the future will be like.
Our design policy is characterized by refinement, dignity, and elegance. Our kimonos are worthy of careful examination.
Our materials are woven using 24-karat gold and platinum threads and will not change color. The designs are raised to show them to good advantage. Our products are timeless and can be worn by anyone regardless of age.

We bring a full range of skills together in our works, including dyeing, weaving, embroidery and leafing, which utilize the newest cutting edge materials and new technologies. These are recognized as expressions of the traditional Japanese sense of beauty by many abroad, as demonstrated by the fact that Tokusen works are displayed in national and public museums all over the world (in 15 countries).
Our efforts are focused on creations conscious of fashion at the international level.
